2007 Josh Cabernet Sauvignon

This one's a steal at $15!

Balanced and not too alcoholic is where this wine begins its story.  Ultimately, it would be easy to drink a good chunk of this bottle without thinking twice about it.

NOTES:  This wine has done time in a combination of American and French oak.  It shows glycerine cherries on the nose and the palate is soft and approachable.  There is a nice stripe of dried herbs and spice that runs through sweet fruits that have a darker blackberry component to them in the back of the palate.  There is nice tannin and acidity which combine with a touch of minerality to create a complete package that is simple but very good and unpretentious.  Enjoy this wine now
